I believe every couple deserves a ceremony that feels personal, meaningful, and true to their story. My current pricing is designed to provide an affordable and heartfelt officiant experience throughout Southern Arizona.
Hi, I’m Shiann Ingram, a 22-year-old Tucson native who absolutely loves this desert and may never leave if I can continue to dig my roots deeper here.
I first decided to become an officiant when my cousin asked me to officiate her wedding, even though she has yet to pick a date! About a year later, I had the honor of marrying my best friend and her wife. That was when I realized I had such an amazing opportunity to spread joy and continue putting myself out there, because this work brings me so much happiness.
In March 2026, my parents renewed their vows for their 25th wedding anniversary. Seeing that beautiful moment reminded me that I wanted to dig deeper into Southern Arizona and continue creating meaningful experiences for couples in my community.
Thank you for choosing my page! I am beyond excited to hopefully help provide resources and ease some of the many choices that come with planning your special day.
As your officiant, I believe everyone deserves a ceremony that reflects who they are. I do not hold political, racial, religious, or discriminatory biases, and I welcome couples from all backgrounds.
I would love for you to reach out for a free consultation through any communication method listed on my website. I look forward to hearing your story and discussing what you need and want for your special day, whether it is a full ceremony or a simple elopement.
It does not all have to be AI. We are all human, and every couple deserves a ceremony filled with identity, uniqueness, and meaning.
As I continue growing as an officiant, I am offering my current rates as my actual pricing at this time. These rates reflect the value I want to provide while creating meaningful and personalized ceremonies for couples throughout Southern Arizona.

I can help you prepare and feel confident before your ceremony.
For your convenience, I accept several payment methods for booking and related fees:
Please note that marriage license filing fees are separate from officiant services and are paid according to the accepted payment methods provided by the applicable Arizona court location.
Couples are responsible for securing their ceremony location, arranging any decorations or ceremony items, and bringing their marriage license to the ceremony.
In Arizona, the marriage license must be signed immediately after the ceremony with the couple, two witnesses 18 years or older, and the officiant present. All IDs will be checked and validated before signing.
The completed license must be filed within 30 days of signing. This can be completed by the couple themselves or by the officiant who performed the ceremony.
Your marriage license must be used and returned within 12 months of obtaining it, or it will expire and no longer be valid. You do not have to be an Arizona resident to obtain a marriage license, but you must file it in the county where you obtained it.
The current marriage license fee is $98 as of 2026.
